In the grand inauguration ceremony, people from all walks of life were invited.
During the ceremony many notable personalities related to the real estate industry of Pakistan took turns to express their well-wishes for the project and praise the commitment of the chairman Kingdom Group and Kingdom Valley, Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid.
Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid said that: “It is my mission to develop a housing society which will be a landmark in the history of the real estate projects in the country. Kingdom Valley will provide a safe haven for everyone, who wants to have a taste of a royal lifestyle without having to sacrifice anything.”
Moreover, during this same ceremony, a formal Memorandum of Undertanding was inked between the top management of the IKAN Engineering Pvt. Ltd. And the Chairman Kingdom Group.
This MOU was signed to provide the development rights of all upcoming projects of the Kingdom Group, including the 30,000 Kanal land of the Kingdom Valley, to the IKAN Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.
After the successful inauguration of Gate No. 1, the development work on Gate No. 2 has also begun.
